Meeting point between traditional thaï massage and osteopathy, it alternates dynamic rhythms and static work to :
- restore mobility, fluidity and suppleness to the body;
- improve the circulation of energy and fluids within the fascias;
- stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system.
Chi Nei Tsang
Chi Nei Tsang is an abdominal massage, our second brain, that unties tensions and brings deep relaxation, for a better body-mind balance.
Qi Gong classes
Wonderful practice to develop strength, health, and inner peace. QiGong is a lot more than physical movements as it integrates mindfulness, breathing, anchoring, alignment, movement, meditation and visualisation in order to cultivate and open up the energy system. Part of traditional Chinese medicine, Qi Gong reconciles body and mind. Sitting meditation practices can also be offered.

Agricultural engineer, I very quickly became interested in the impact of environmental pollution on health. The Eastern holistic approach to the person subsequently echoed my holistic vision of the environment. So I continued my training and personal research in this direction.
Graduated as a practitioner of Traditional Chinese Medicine from the Shao Yang Institute, according to the program of the University of Cheng Du, and wishing to provide guarantees regarding my training in this field, I joined the French Professional Union of Traditional Chinese Medicine, U.F.P.M.T.C. (http://www.ufpmtc.fr). Membership of the U.F.P.P.M.T.C.
The holistic oriental approach to the person emphasizes harmony between body and mind through, for example, practices such as Qi Gong or Yoga. So I completed my studies with a Certificate of Teacher in Qi Gong at the ITEQG Institute... (http://www.iteqg.com) and a Certificate of Yoga Teacher.
Dare I say to you that the continuing education to which I subscribe is a superb opportunity and it is guided by a real enthusiasm that I pursue my discoveries and my research in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Qi Gong and Yoga but also in Chi Nei Tsang massage, Thai yoga massage (according to the program of the Thai Healing Alliance) or in Osteo-thai.
It is with real pleasure that I share with my students or patients the richness of the teachings that I have received and continue to receive. The teachers I met have always shared their knowledge with great heart and respect and I am very keen to honour the quality of their work, their open-mindedness and their humanism...
